Accommodation

A number of rooms in different hotels have been prebooked at preferred rates. This agreement with the hotels expires at the end of March 2010. As the symposium takes place during peak season, you are strongly advised to register and book your hotel rooms by the end of March.

Below you will find an overview of the different hotels and rates. In case a booking reference is indicated, please use it when contacting the hotel in order to receive the preferred rate.

Please note that it is important to book your accommodation as early as possible as availability cannot be guaranteed at a later stage.
