The ESA/ESTEC Mechanisms section (TEC-MMM) is pleased to announce the Mechanisms Final Presentation Days and Tribology Forum 2009 to be held at ESTEC from the 12 to 13 February 2009 in the meeting room Newton 1. The Tribology Forum will be organised on 12 February 2009 AM.

This event gives to European entities (Industries/Companies/Institutions/Universities) the opportunity to present and discuss new Space Mechanisms and Tribology technologies developments, particularly undertaken under ESA Technology Programmes (ITI, TRP, GSTP, ARTES...) and Projects funding. It is aimed at highlighting new technologies performances and potential applications, and promoting European entities competence in the field of Space Mechanisms and Tribology. Presentation of hardware is also encouraged.

This event will cover development activities completed during the year 2008 or near to completion in the field of Space Mechanisms and Space Tribology supervised/supported by the Mechanisms section at ESA/ESTEC.
