Entities/participants willing to present are requested to contact their counter part/ technical officer in the ESA/ESTEC Mechanisms section before Friday 28 November 2008. Please provide them with the name of the company, name of presenters, activity title, ESA funding programme/project and ESA contract number.

Presentations shall not exceed 40 minutes (30 minutes for the presenter and 10 minutes for questions).

No abstracts are required.

The presentations will have to be sent (pdf or ppt formats) to your counter part/technical officer in the ESA/ESTEC Mechanisms section before Friday 23 January 2009. Presentations will be collected on CD-ROMs which will be distributed to all participants during the check-in at ESTEC on 12 February 2009. No paper copies of the presentations will be distributed to the participants.
