The deadline for abstract submission is 1 September - until midnight.

Papers will be selected on the basis of submitted abstracts.

The online form will guide you through the different steps for abstract submission, and ask you for the following information:

• Abstract title
• Scientific Topic
• Presentation Type
• The names and affiliations of all authors

You must upload your abstract using the template that can be found at the links below:

An abstract template is available in DOC format.
Abstracts are limited to 1 page (on two columns).
