The deadline for paper submission is 1 September 2009. The proceedings (CD-ROM) will be distributed during the Colloquium.

Please note that the full papers as submitted according to these author instructions will be published in the proceedings and will be available on a CD at the colloquium. It is compulsary for all presenters to submit a full paper.

In addition, selected authors will have the opportunity to publish their paper in the Journal Advances in Space Research published by Elsevier on behalf of COSPAR after the peer review procedure.
