Registration
A conference registration form will be included in the preliminary programme.
The registration fee for the workshop is expected to be around 250 Euro (VAT not included) and covers:

• Access to all sessions
• One copy of the proceedings and CD ROM
• Coffee breaks
• Welcome cocktail party
• Workshop Dinner
• Bus transport between hotels and ESTEC

Exhibition
Intention to exhibit or demonstrate software or hardware can be indicated to ESA Conference Bureau with a preliminary description of the logistic requirements by
2 May 2009 at the latest.

Hotel Reservation
The ESTEC Hotel Reservation Service will arrange all hotel bookings. A hotel reservation form can be downloaded here (doc).
