All participants for the 1st IAA Planetary Defense Conference have to register. The registration fee includes:
- Access to all sessions
- Refreshments during coffee breaks
- Lunches
- Workshop info kit, including program and abstract book

Proceedings
The registration is handled by the ESA Conference Bureau.
- To register, please use the online registration form.
- Last date to register online is 24 April 2009. Registration fees can be paid either by credit card or bank wire transfer.
- Registrations after that date must be done manually at the conference reception desk. An administration fee for onsite registrations or registration payments onsite may be charged (Euro 25).

Accompanying persons
Registration
for accompanying persons will become available as soon as the
dinner venue has been confirmed. Until then, you can send an
email to the ESA conference bureau, requesting to register an
accompanying person. As soon as the fee is online, we will
inform you how to proceed.
Invitation Letters
Individuals requiring an official Letter of Invitation from the conference organizers can request one by filling out the Invitation Letter request form.
The Letter of Invitation does not financially obligate the conference organizers in any way. All expenses incurred in relation to the conference are the sole responsibility of the delegate.
