The duration of Oral presentations is 20 minutes. Questions will be taken during the panel session of presenters at the end of each session.

Important deadlines and instructions:

1. Your paper for the final conference proceedings should be submitted in PDF format before March 23rd. The author instructions are available here. Also poster presenters are invited to prepare a final paper.
   
   
2. The presentation guidelines for oral presenters provide you information to access the online tool for uploading your presentation. Please upload your presentation before April 22nd.
   
   
3. All oral presenters are requested to prepare a short biography, to be passed to the session chairman. The biography template can be used and uploaded through the ftp site ftp://pdefense:granada@ftp.estec.esa.int, before April 22nd.
