For onsite registrations, please download the onsite registration template (doc) and bring this document with you to the registration desk.
All participants for the 2009 Workshop on Aerospace EMC have to register. The registration fee includes:
- Access to all sessions
- Refreshments during coffee breaks
- Workshop info kit, including program and abstract book
- 1st day evening cocktail party (30 March 2009)
- Workshop Gala Dinner on Tuesday evening (31 March 2009)
- Proceedings
- To register, please use the online registration form. To register with the early registration fee, you must pay by credit card. It is not possible to qualify for the early fee and pay by bank wire transfer. Late registration fees may be paid by credit card and bank wire transfer.
- Last date to register online is 23 March 2009. Registration fees can be paid either by credit card or bank wire transfer (when registering before 23 March 2009).
- Registrations after that date must be done manually at the conference reception desk. An administration fee for onsite registrations or registration payments onsite may be charged (Euro 25).
- All prices are quoted in Euros, and exclude Italian VAT (20%). You will be charged the Italian VAT (20%) during registration. Please note that all participants will receive a VAT receipt on site at the workshop. This receipt will specify the VAT paid, and participants should use this to reclaim VAT by contacting their company’s accountant / finance department.
