For poster presentations, 2 sessions have been scheduled.

Tuesday  May 12th from 18:00 - 19:45hrs
Thursday May 14th from 18:00 - 19:45hrs

Display times for Posters:

Tuesday Poster session:
Display time is Monday morning to Wednesday Morning 11:25hrs
Poster presenters are requested to remove their poster before 11:25 am

Thursday Poster session:
Display time is Wednesday lunch time to Friday afternoon

The posters sessions will take place in meeting room Einstein. The dimensions of the poster panels are: 120cm wide and 180cm tall. Push pins will be provided.
Authors are strongly encouraged to produce a proper poster rather than using multiple sheets of A4 paper.
