Prospective Authors are invited to submit a two-page abstract summarising the work intended to be presented. This abstract shall include as many details as possible. In particular, figures, tables and numerical data are strongly recommended.
Abstracts shall be prepared on the format provided in the
AUTHOR KIT and shall be submitted electronically by using the link in the
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION page.
PLEASE NOTE: ONLY ABSTRACTS SUBMITTED VIA THE WEBSITE WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR EVALUATION
Deadline for Abstract Submission: 23 December 2008.
Abstracts will be selected for oral or paper presentation. Authors of accepted Abstracts will have the opportunity to update their manuscripts for publication in the Conference Proceedings, which will be distributed at the meeting. To insure high quality publication, please carefully follow the format guidelines given in the
AUTHOR KIT page. Authors of accepted papers will be REQUIRED to resubmit their material no later than 23 February 2009 as an IEEE Xplore compliant pdf. Details will be supplied with the acceptance notices.
Deadline for Abstract Revision: 23 February 2009.
Each paper selected for oral presentation will be allotted a total of 20 minutes (15 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for questions and discussion). To maintain the schedule of each session, authors are asked to insure that their presentations conform to these time constraints. PCs will be available during the Conference for .ppt/.pdf presentations.
