There will be an adjacent room for poster exhibitions and product demonstrations.
All of the demonstration systems need to be shipped to ESTEC as complete stand-alone systems and installed by the demonstrators. The purpose of the demonstrations and requirements (size/nr of tables required, power and other connections) has to be notified to ESTEC by the 1st September for approval. Shipments should arrive at ESTEC on the 1st of October. Each exhibiter will be given the opportunity to make a brief introduction (5 min presentation) to their poster/product as part of the main presentation sessions.
