Author(s) will be notified of the decision of the programme committee by the beginning of July 2008. Author(s) whose papers have been accepted will then receive instructions for the preparation of their full-length paper, due at the conference, for inclusion in the workshop proceedings.
Contributed papers will be selected based on submitted one-page abstract in A4 format. These may be submitted by using the online abstract submission form.

The abstracts should one A4 page long. In addition to the scientific content, they should contain the following information:
- Title of paper
- Name and affiliation of author(s)
- Full contact details for the contact author, including addresses (mail and e mail),
- Phone and fax
- Preference for oral or poster presentation
