Corresponding authors of accepted abstracts must prepare an IEEE Xplore compliant version of their final papers using the IEEE PDF eXpress system.
Final manuscripts will be included in the conference proceedings and appear in the IEEE Xplore provided that at least one of the authors has registered to the conference.
Paper Formatting:
General guideline regarding the format of the camera ready paper can be found here.
Although no page limit is set for the final papers, typical length of papers is expected to be between 5 to 7 pages per paper.
For authors who choose to use Microsoft Word, a Template can be downloaded here.

PDF Conversion:
Authors must use IEEE PDF eXpress service to prepare and validate the camera ready paper.
Please go to the IEEE PDF eXpress site at http://216.228.1.34/pdfexpress/log.asp
Click on the link "New Users - Click Here" and fill in your information.
You will need the Conference ID which is: spsc08x
You will be asked to provide an email address. The PDF version of the paper will be automatically sent to the email address that has been provided.
Copyright Forms:
The authors must submit the signed IEEE Copyright Form (to download form please click here) together with the camera ready paper.
The following rules apply for signing the IEEE Copyright Form:
- If the paper is not authored by any U.S. or Crown Government employee, then one of the authors shall sign line (1)
- If the paper is authored by a combination of U.S/Crown government and non-government employees, then an author than is not a government employee shall sign line (1).
- If all the authors are U.S. government employees, then one author shall sign line (1) and (2).
- If all the authors are Crown government employees, then one author shall sign line (1) and (3).
Paper Submission:
The camera ready paper and the copyright form shall be submitted to ESA Conference Bureau by email at . The Abstract ID shall be mentioned in the subject of the email.
The deadline for submitting final papers compliant with the above format is extended to Sunday 13 July.
Important Notes:
(1) At least one author for each paper must register for the Workshop prior to submitting the final paper. Otherwise, the paper will not be included in the Workshop proceedings and the presentation will be discarded from the Workshop Programme.
Instructions for Poster Presenters:
The poster panels are 1,5 metres wide and 1,8 metres high.
