Intention to exhibit or demonstrate software or hardware can be indicated to the
ESA Conference Bureau by submitting the exhibition form before 10 May the latest.

The technical commission will then decide on acceptance. The exhibition will be centrally located at the conference centre. The exhibition fee to be paid is € 600,- and includes one full registration and will be considered a contribution to the Welcome Cocktail on
Tuesday 27 May.
