Registration
At least one regular registration for each accepted paper must be made.

Advance registration (before 1 February 2008)	€ 275 + 19% VAT
Regular registration (after 1 February 2008)	€ 350 + 19% VAT
Advance Student registration* (before 1 February 2008)	€ 175 + 19% VAT
Regular Student registration* (after 1 February 2008)	€ 250 + 19% VAT

*Students are obliged to up load a copy of proof of student of a relevant education (during registration).This proof must be shown again at registration on site.

The registration fee includes access to the presentations, the conference kit, the Symposium Proceedings, a cocktail party, the Symposium dinner, refreshments, and transportation to and from the hotels booked by the ESTEC hotel reservation service.

Hotel Reservation
The ESTEC Hotel Reservation Service has made block bookings in various hotels in the Noordwijk area. Please fill out the form and send it directly to the ESTEC Hotel Reservation Service at the address indicated on the form.
Please be kindly informed that because of the flower season, we strongly suggest to book hotel rooms in good advance.
