An Formation Flying related technical exhibition shall take place simultaneously with the Conference. Interested exhibitors should express their intention to participate before
15 January 2008, indicating the characteristics of their exhibits.

There will be no charge for this exhibition (floor space offered), but the programme committee reserves the right to accept or refuse your intended exhibit.

Exhibitors are expected to register for the conference as normal paying participants.
