The conference fee includes:

• Welcome cocktail (23 June in Noordwijk Space Expo) and dinner cruise (24 June evening)
• Coffee and tea breaks
• Bus transportation from Noordwijk hotels to ESTEC and back – however you can also come by (rental) car and park on-site

Accompanying persons are invited to attend the welcome reception; in case they want to participate in the dinner cruise on the evening of June 24th an extra ticket should be bought at a price of € 60.

At the venue wireless Internet access (unsecured) will be provided as well as a few PCs with browser access.

Welcome Cocktail
The welcome cocktail will be held at Noordwijk Space Expo, situated right beside the ESTEC premises. Participants will have the opportunity to visit the exhibition.

Dinner Cruise
Starting from Katwijk the cruise will take you on the river Rhine through Leiden to the Kaag Lake, where you will enjoy the typical Dutch landscape of polders and windmills.
