The 4S Symposium will dedicate an extended session to a Product Exhibition, while the Exhibition itself will remain open during the overall conference week.
The aim is to provide Exhibitors with an opportunity to publicize and promote their products and R&D activities, and for the potential users to obtain up to date information on available or developing products for small satellites, systems and services.
The Exhibit Presentation offers the possibility to show a wide range of material on a several days permanent stand, including for example brochures, photos, videos, simulations or other material providing evidence of past and current works, as well as related to future works/research.
Furthermore, the Exhibit Presentation guarantees that:
- the Exhibitor and its representative person names will be published in a specific section of:
- the 4S Abstract book,
- the 4S Symposia Proceedings
- the 4S Final Programme
- the 4S Symposium official website
- the Exhibitor will be explicitly introduced during the dedicated Exhibit & Poster Session
- the Exhibitor will be listed in the Exhibit Poster available at the entrance of the Exhibit room
Deadline for submission of abstracts/requests for Exhibit Presentation has been exceptionally extended till 17 March 2008.
