Again this year the organizers will be encouraging exceptional YRs, who are beginning their careers in space research, to present their research to an international audience. The selected students will be sponsored with 350 Euros, which will be received on site. In addition all YRs will have a reduced registration fee. If you know of such a Ph.D. student or exceptional young post-graduate student, have the young researchers submit their abstracts via the website before 15 March 2008. YR applicants must be the presenting authors. Additionally, the application requires a commitment of matching institutional support. Students will be selected based on the scientific merit of their submitted abstracts.

Please download the "University Commitment" form (doc) here and make sure it is completed and sent to the address indicated on the form before the abstract deadline of 15 March 2008.

Young researchers submitting the abstract should tick the box "I will participate in the Young Researchers Contest".
