The organising committee has chosen a venue located in the town of Tralee in Kerry County, Ireland. The venue is within walking distance of pubs, shopping, theatres and other attractions and can serve as a great home base for exploring beyond the town itself within County Kerry.

The Brandon Hotel, Conference & Leisure Center
One of the largest and most versatile centres in the south-west region, the Brandon Conference Center has been purpose-built to meet the needs of today’s conferences and exhibitions. With three levels it comprises of eight independent conference and meeting rooms to cater for a range of events including trade shows, exhibitions, product launches, live televised events and national and international events. GNC 2008 will have full use of the Brandon Conference Center.

The GNC 2008 organising committee has negotiated special rates for the conference at the Brandon Hotel, for dates from 1 - 5 June 2008 as follows:

Standard Twin / Double	Euro 80.00 per person when sharing
Standard Single	Euro 105.00 per room
Children	Euro 8.00 per night when sharing a room with 2 adults, (kids under 12 years of age)

For participants who would like to stay on after the conference, or arrive early, the Brandon is offering the following rates for nights before the 1st of June or after the
5th of June:

Standard Twin / Double

Euro 150.00 per person when sharing, 2 nights, Bed & Breakfast plus dinner for one night (i.e. Euro 75,- per person per night)
