Conference Lunches
Monday through Thursday 12.35 h to 13:45 h in the MENSA located at the venue.

Conference Proceedings
The Proceedings will be published in time for the Conference and a complimentary CD given to each participant upon registration at the Conference.

Language
The working language for the conference is English.

Refreshments
Complimentary morning and afternoon refreshments will be served each conference day at the times shown in the programme. Refreshment isles will be available in front of the AULA and in the lobby of the F-building (F-Foyer).

Audio-Visual Facilities
Computers connector to projectors will be available in each session room to show electronic presentations in MS Power Point format. Please contact the technical staff in the session rooms or the conference secretariat to upload your presentation in advance of each session.

Tips
Electricity, 220V. Make sure you have the appropriate mains adaptor plug to fit German sockets.
Pickpockets: Unfortunately this is a common problem to all large cities and airports around the world. We strongly recommend that you beware of pickpockets. Please take care of your personal belongings.
