Companies are invited to propose displays of their products during the conference.

The exhibition fee is € 850,- excluding VAT 19%.

The fee includes a full registration of one person and a space for exhibition in the exhibition room. The exhibition space is equipped with one pin wall of 2 m height and 1 m width, plus two chairs and a table (0,6m x 1,5m) – all dimensions are approximate values. Complimentary Wireless LAN Internet Access and mains power is offered.

Additional exhibitors staff can be registered for a fee of € 300,- not including conference participation and the conference proceedings and but including coffee breaks, the daily lunches and the Gala Dinner – as an alternative to full conference registration.
