This paper deals with the result of cost analysis using a PRICE model for Korean New Main Battle Tank. The target cost management and cost reduction method is one of very important factors because it is related to the project success. Therefore, in this paper we introduce the cost policy and the derection of cost analysis of Korea goverment.

We suggest cost managent procedure, magement sheet of cost and a cost reduction case for KNMBT during the early desing pahse.
