As your editor for the 7th RCSGSO conference, I would like to take this opportunity to send you the author instructions for the proceedings. To ensure conherency in form and style, please follow the guidelines as closely as possible.

Bring your electronic papers to the conference on a CD or on a USB stick. Your paper must be submitted before you give your presentation and, in any case, no later than 12 June. The deadline will be strictly applied. If you prefer to deliver your paper before the conference, transfer information can be found in the attached instructions.

Templates (Word and LaTeX) can be downloaded from the ESA Publications website (see instructions). If you require assistance with formatting or conversion, I will be more than happy to help you at the conference.
