The ESA Moscow Office has made block bookings in various hotels in Moscow. Please fill out the form and send it directly to the EMO Desk at the address indicated on the form. All three hotels have special booking conditions and cancellation rules!
There are two possible methods for booking your hotel accommodations:
(the first option is our preferred method and you have the advantage of the special room rates)
- EMO assisted booking: Submit a reservation request to the ESA Moscow Office. Once you have submitted a request to the EMO you must not act independently and book on your own. Please wait to receive a confirmation from the EMO, otherwise you risk a double booking with potential costs on your own account.
- Independent booking: Contact the hotel or travel agency of your choice and make your own arrangements without involving the EMO.
