Exhibition:
Companies interested in exhibiting should submit a formal request for participation using the Application Form for Exhibition Space at the end of this document. The request should provide details of the products intended to be shown and initial details of the proposed display. The Exhibitors fee is charged to cover the provision of the facilities, coffee breaks, luncheon on one day, and the Conference dinner (A maximum of two people per company can be registered as Exhibitors. Additional persons must register at the regular registration rates).
Exhibition Facilities Offered:
The exhibition will be centrally located at McCormick Place next to the Conference rooms, and will run parallel to all sessions throughout the conference. A Dedicated Reception for the Exhibition is tentatively planned, date to be determined. The Conference Organization will provide up to two tables, two Poster panels and one power supply for each display area. The exhibitors are responsible for providing all other display material. Exhibitors are responsible for all shipment arrangements and costs.Though the format and the contents of the displays are not mandated, we strongly recommend that exhibitors make use of product data sheets, example hardware, copies of papers, computer based displays and demonstrations, details of equipment in development, posters and handouts along with the presence of someone to answer specific technical questions on the products.
Exhibition Application Deadline:
