In view of the size of the conference facilities the total number of participants is limited to 300.

Hotel block bookings at preferential rates have been made in various hotel categories in the area.

Taking into account that the symposium will be followed by a public leave holiday period in many countries (Thursday May 17th being Ascension Day) a number of additional rooms have been reserved for participants willing to prolong their stay in The Netherlands.

Depending on the number of participants an optional spouse programme may be organised during one of the symposium days. The symposium will take place towards the middle/end of the famous flower season in The Netherlands.
