The courses are open to all companies belonging to one of the ESA Member or Co-operating States, but priority and a majority of seat will be reserved to SMEs.

To take advantage of this priority, SMEs need to fulfil the criteria of the SME_Definition.pdf, as per Recommendation 2003/361/EC of 6 May 2003). Any registration received without the required information allowing us to define the type of firm you are will be disregarded. To register you have to:

• First check the ESA List of SMEs accessible at the following web link: http://emits.esa.int/emits/owa/sme.main.



• If your company is in that list, you have to indicate on the registration form the ESABD code corresponding to your company.



• If your company is not listed, but you think that you are an SME, you need to download and complete the Annex to Company Questionnaire.doc, with all the requested information and return it together with your Registration Form.



• If you are not an SME, you have to fill in your registration form and send it together with the corresponding registration fees.

SMEs
SMEs will be admitted free of charge, as their participation is sponsored by the ESA SME Unit.

All other Participants
For all other participants, registration fees are € 500 per course and per person, payable at registration, but this payment will be cashed only if your participation is accepted.

Lunch is not included, but ESTEC canteen is accessible to all participants.
