Presentation guidelines

Oral presentations
The official language of the Symposium is English.
Each oral presentation has an allocation of 20 minutes, inclusive of 5 minutes for questions, discussion and change over. To ensure a smooth programme running and to minimise transition time between presentations, presentations from personal laptops are not allowed.

Poster presentations
Posters will be on display for the entire day of the relevant Oral Session in the Poster Area. The formal Poster Session will be held daily from 18.00 to 19.30. Coffee breaks will be served close to the Poster Area so as to offer an additional opportunity for poster viewing.

Poster boards are 95 cm wide and 2.45 m. high

Upload an oral presentation

Prior the start of the symposium, presentations smaller than 25 Mb can be uploaded here using the code and password received on abstract submission (contact the ENVISAT Symposium Secretariat – esa.conference.bureau@esa.int if you have lost it).

During the event, presentations can be uploaded in the Presentation Upload room up to 2 hours before the start of the relevant session.

Authors instructions (full papers)

The Proceedings of the Symposium will be published by ESA’s Publications Division as Special Publication SP-636 on CD. Authors must deliver their full papers by 27 April 2007, following the detailed instructions provided here. Please note: the upload facility on this page is only for the symposium presentations and not for the full papers.
